A key Easter egg I have included is the Jordan shoes.
On my magazine edition 1, Haz is wearing Jordan 4s. These are popular within the stars of the R&B genre. Steve Neale's genre theory can be applied to this as it is adhering to the conventions of genre therefore, I wanted to highlight this also on my website.
I did this by creating an easter egg where readers are guided to find the Jordan 4 on the editors letter of the contents page.
When readers go online, and find the Jordan, this leads them to a 'secret' subpage where they can enter a competition. This creates digital convergence as readers are also encouraged to go onto social media links, that work!
